Passwords are case-sensitive.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Verify your email.<\/strong> If you just registered, open the confirmation email first. You cannot sign in until you do. The sign-in page can send it again.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Reset your password.<\/strong> Use <strong>Lost password<\/strong> and open the newest email. Only the latest link works.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Wait if you see &#8220;too many attempts&#8221;.<\/strong> After several wrong tries, sign-in is paused for a while. Wait about 15 minutes, or reset your password.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Clear the page cache.<\/strong> Reload the sign-in page with Ctrl+F5 (Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac), or try a private window.<\/li>\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Still locked out?
